It really great to welcome back the amazing and creative model all the way from San Fransico, the lovely Christine Cain. We last had Christine in the studio for the Jinn shoot a few months back, which she was brilliant at. So it was only natural to give her another turn. This is a little doodle and practice shoot using the lensbaby sweet 80 and a new lens for the Nikon. This featurs my dearest love in her best unlaced boots and white umbrella. We had a good time, then went home and had a pizza.

Beauty Shots - Introducing Cee Cee x

Welcome to rhe studio this month, all the way from Kettering, lovely new model Cee Ceex. Cee Cee came to me through a bombardment of messages and likes on Purpleport and Instagram and I thought I would give her a go. I am a strong believe that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, colours and sexes and Cee Cee is a lovely plus sized model. She brought her Mum with her and did a great job. Looking forward to seeing her again. i So thanks here to Cee Cee, her Mum and to Karen Hegarty Mua for hair and makeup.

Kicking off this septembers model galleries we welcome Chinese beauty, all the way from San Francisco, Miss Christine Cain. She is playing the part of a Genie or Jinn as they are known in Islamic Myth. Jinn are not the happy nice characters of Disney film, rather a malevolent being of true nastiness. Thankfully Christine Cain is everything but the character here. So thank you to her and brilliant makeup artist Karen Hegarty MUA. A special mention to second model Tyler Dyce and studio owner Lee Henshaw.

So as I have said before a Jinn is something from Islamic myth which we would call a Genie. So here is mine and the makeup artists take Karen Hegarty MUA, on the subject using the ever lovely Tyler Dyce as blank canvas. It cost a bit to pull this shoot off, but I think it was worth it. Thanks to Tyler Dyce, Karen Hegarty MUA and second model Christine Cain. Special mention also to studio owner Lee Henshaw for his pad.

Tyler Dyce & Zarah Lane August Photo Shoot, 2019

I have long been meaning to keep my promise to my good friend Irena Orme, regards photographing her lovely daughter Zarah Lane. So I thought I would bring her along to a shoot with Tyler. And she did not let me down. Zarah was great infront of the camera and under instruction di a brilliant job. So thanks to Zarah and Tyler Dyce our two models for the shoot. To amazing hair and makeup by Karen Hegarty MUA and assistants from Mum, Irena Orme. For the tech heads out there the blurred images were created using a Lensbaby Sweet 80 Lens - Deliberatly !!!

Strickly speaking this should have been in last months shoot galleries, but as it was done last minute I could not edit it in time. So here they are together. Tyler asked me if she could have a photo shoot with a hansome man … more a handsome black man? Well who better than Boxer / Athlete Nicolie Campbell. Thanks to both of them for this shoot. Special shout out to studio owner Lee Henshaw for getting the studio at the eleventh hour.

Of all the days in July to pick a shoot on location, I managed to pick the most rain soaked I could find.

Still that said it all went very well, with the rain holding off for just long enough. And in this shoot we have alongside the ever lovely Tyler Dyce, a new model to me. Filipino model Ed6. Ed was great in front of the camera and I managed to get some very nice images of the models. So a big round of applause to models Tyler Dyce and Ed6. To makeup artist Karen Hegarty MUA and to assistants Stef Edwards and Amy. A special mention to our friend Lorraine at The Pit Micropub, Newstead Village, Notts for her hospitality, rooms and great beer. Eniola Shittu - First Photoshoot, June 2019

My fellow photographe, assistant and best friend, Tyler Dyce on her frequent nights out in town came across a lovely potential model and a club toilet – as you do ! Anyway, she got her to call me up after getting through to me via Instagram. And I am glad she did, as welcome Eniola Shittu. She is a lovely woman with a strong look and was great in front of the camera. She soon took to it and here are the results. So thanks to Eniola Shittu and Tyler Dyce. xx
