I wanted to put together a few pictures from the work that Tyler and I did together over the years she was with me as a thank you and wonder down memory lane. Its a long slide show and tune provided by the late Isaac Hayes.
I seriously doubt that I shall ever find another model like her again.

Welcome to the first studio shoot of the year starting off with model for all seasons, Tyler Dyce. This was an Avant-Garde themed shoot which for the most part worked, that was until one of the lights blow up. We had to go back to a mixture of natural light and fresnel for a portrait session. Tyler was brilliant as always and brought her boyfriend along to the shoot which was great as he turned out very helpful on set as well as being a genuinly nice guy. So thanks to model Tyler Dyce. To makeup artist Karen Hegarty MUA. To Angelo and to Lee Henshaw for his studio. A special thanks also to my wife Amy for her little fashion creation she made for Tyler. I really appreciate that. No shoot would be complete without Tyler Dyce making a show. Here we have a Oriental themed shoot taken in the studio and then some colour grading in photoshop. Tyler was amazing as she always is and a brilliant model to work with. There will be more (much more) for her in 2020. So thanks here to Tyler and Christine Cain for modelling. I have long been meaning to keep my promise to my good friend Irena Orme, regards photographing her lovely daughter Zarah Lane. So I thought I would bring her along to a shoot with Tyler. And she did not let me down. Zarah was great infront of the camera and under instruction di a brilliant job. So thanks to Zarah and Tyler Dyce our two models for the shoot. To amazing hair and makeup by Karen Hegarty MUA and assistants from Mum, Irena Orme. For the tech heads out there the blurred images were created using a Lensbaby Sweet 80 Lens - Deliberatly !!!
I have been wanting to do this for so long. An Elizabethian Shoot. If you google ‘Elizabethan portraits’ lots of pictures come up and, not surprisingly they are all featuring white men and women. So I wanted to do something a little different, and photographed the two stars Monalisa Moyo and Tyler Dyce. The photography was ‘Rembrandt style’ lighting with one fresnel and the costumes were provided by the amazing Complete Costumes, of Kidderminster, Worcs (seriously check them out !). Thanks then to the two models for the work and to makeup artist Karen Hegarty MUA for all her hard work and Lee Henshaw for his studio hire. Yet one more off the bucket list of shoots and things to do before I die !!!

Yes she’s back again for yet another shoot. Welcome back Tyler Dyce and this time on a cold and blowing location at the War Memorial. She was amazing as always despite freezing to death.This shoot has been named ‘The Great Gates’ Shoot, so thanks to Tyler and to her brother Steffon for helping out with the lights. More, much more from this model coming in the year.
